Service Provider Documents definition
Service Provider Documents means (a) the Administrative Agency Agreement and the Servicing Agreement and (b) any other agreement entered into by the Issuer or any Issuer Subsidiary that is designated as a Service Provider Document in a writing signed by the Security Trustee and the Issuer.
Service Provider Documents is defined in Section 6.5.1
Service Provider Documents means (a) the Administrative Agency Agreement and the Servicing Agreement and (b) any other agreement entered into by the Issuer or any Issuer Subsidiary that is designated as a Service Provider Document in a writing signed by the Security Trustee and the Issuer. “Servicing Collateral” has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(h). “Stock Collateral” means: (i) the Pledged Stock and all certificates and instruments, if any, from time to time representing such Pledged Stock, any contracts and instruments pursuant to which such Pledged Stock is created or issued, and all dividends, cash, instruments and other property from time to time received, receivable or otherwise distributed in respect of or in exchange for any or all of the Pledged Stock after the Initial Closing Date; and (ii) all additional shares of the capital stock of any Issuer Subsidiary (including any Asset Subsidiary that issues capital stock) from time to time acquired by a Grantor or issued by an issuer listed on Schedule I in any manner, including the capital stock of any Issuer Subsidiary that may be formed from time to time, and all warrants, options or other rights to acquire shares, and all certificates and

The Company shall be responsible for providing such Service Provider Documents, prepared by the Company for each Seconded Employees to the appropriate Seconded Employees, following up to make sure they are signed and for properly storing such forms; and each Shareholder shall cooperate with the Company to require their Seconded Employees to sign such special Service Provider Document when requested to do so by the Company.
This Agreement secures the payment and performance of all obligations of the Issuer and each other Grantor, now or hereafter existing under the Service Provider Documents, the MSAF Group Notes, the Secured Guarantee, the Secured Credit Facilities and the Secured Swap Agreements, whether for principal, interest, fees, expenses or otherwise (all such obligations of each Grantor being, collectively, the "Secured Obligations").

Service Provider Documents means any procedures, plans, designs, papers, computer data, printouts or other materials which the Service Provider has developed for the performance of the Services but excluding internal procedures and materials developed by the Service Provider for general application for the management of the Facility.
