Service Provider Services means the provision of, and/or putting in place the capability to provide (including without limitation disaster recovery capabilities), any of the following activities categorized as Application Service Provider Services or Extranet Service Provider Services;

Service Provider Services means the set of features, functionality, data, graphics, sounds, text and other information, material or other content in electronic form provided by Service Provider to Users via transmission by Sprint, including any Enhancements, Service Provider Premium Services, and Other Services.

Service Provider Services means all identity protection and credit monitoring services that Service Provider offers to Subscribers, including LifeLock Alerts, whether offered by Service Provider as part of a bundle of services or as a stand-alone service accessed via Service Provider’s portals or Channel Partner Portals, as determined by Service Provider in its sole and absolute discretion.

The Company shall remain liable for any and all payments owed to the Supplier throughout this Agreement from the point of acquisition of the licence and until the end of the respective licence terms and shall adhere to any end user licence agreements and any other agreements sent by such third party in relation to the Related Service Provider Services.
The Supplier shall be not responsible for any failure of the Related Service Provider to meet any service level agreements including any triage services provided by the Supplier in relation to such Related Service Provider Services.
The Supplier expressly excludes any warranty to the Company that the Related Service Provider Services supplied or licensed by it under this Agreement will operate substantially in accordance with, and perform, the material functions and features as set out in its marketing, sales or other associated documentations.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall give express authority to the Supplier to agree and accept any Licence Agreements which need to be accepted in order that the Supplier may fulfil the Services and to provide such Related Service Provider Services and the Company shall not hold the Supplier liable for any loss or damage caused by accepting such Licence Agreements on behalf of the Company.
In addition to the Service Provider Services already described in this Agreement, Service Provider will create the Service Provider Channels.
If Sprint experiences technical problems receiving or transmitting the Service Provider Services, Sprint may contact Service Provider’s technical service group.
Service Provider will not, and will not assist any third party to, make fraudulent charges for Service Provider Services, mislead Users concerning Service Provider Services, or misrepresent the nature of Service Provider Services to Users.
Service Provider will interface with any third party hardware and software vendors selected by it and included as part of the Service Provider Services.
If during this review Sprint determines in its sole discretion that any materials violate any of the Content Standards, Sprint will notify Service Provider and Service Provider will remove the violating materials before the Service Provider Services will be transmitted to Users.
Sprint may wish to include Service Provider’s name, logos, or a description of Service Provider Services in certain marketing materials including collateral sent to Users, retail displays, or other advertising and promotional activities.

More Definitions of Service Provider Services

Service Provider Services means all services performed for or delivered to Consumers by Service Providers.

Service Provider Services means any services provided by Service Providers.

Service Provider Services means any network-provisioned or similar services provided by the Service Provider as part of the P5G Network, which makes the functionality of the P5G Service available on an as-a-service basis to the Service Provider’s End Users, as described in the P5G Product Documentation.
