Service Quality Plan definition

Service Quality Plan means the Franchisee’s plan for ensuring that its future performance is at all times equal to or better than the benchmark set out in the Service Quality Management System in respect of which the requirement to submit such a plan under paragraph 4.1(e) of Schedule 7.2 (Service Quality Management) arose;
Service Quality Plan means the Quality Plan with that title to be developed pursuant to Clause 47 (Quality Plans);
Service Quality Plan means the document entitled "Service Quality Plan" and included at Annexure 5;

Related to Service Quality Plan

  • Quality Plan means the quality plan to be produced by the Contractor in accordance with Schedule S2-10 (Quality Plan);

  • Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;

  • Quality system means documented organizational procedures and policies: internal audits of those policies and procedures: management review and recommendation for quality improvement.”

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.

  • Applicable water quality standards means all water quality standards to which a discharge is subject under the federal Clean Water Act and which has been (a) approved or permitted to remain in effect by the Administrator following submission to the Administrator pursuant to Section 303(a) of the Act, or (b) promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 303(b) or 303(c) of the Act, and standards promulgated under (APCEC) Regulation No. 2, as amended.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
