Service site means a location designated by a contractor as the location at which a member is to receive covered services.

Service site means the actual location where the Member provides their service in the community. Typical service sites are schools, food banks, health clinics, community parks, etc. The service site may be the same as the Sponsoring Organization, but only if the Member actually serves at or with the Sponsoring Organization.
