Service Speed definition

Service Speed shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Appendix C, Article 1. (a).
Service Speed means the Laden Service Speed, Ballast Service Speed or the Minimum Service Speed as appropriate.
Service Speed shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Appendix 3 Article 1 (a).

Examples of Service Speed in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that Owners may decline orders to steam at any lesser average speed than the Minimum Speed or at any greater average speed than the Service Speed for operational reasons.

  • Transmission Service Provider means the entity that administers the transmission tariff and provides transmission service to transmission customers under applicable transmission service agreements.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.
