Service Speed definition

Service Speed shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Appendix C, Article 1. (a).
Service Speed means the Laden Service Speed, Ballast Service Speed or Minimum Service Speed, as appropriate, as such terms are used in Clause 22.1 or Schedule I.
