  • The Reseller undertakes to provide regular and ongoing support to the End Customer for Service Subscriptions and to be the main point of contact for its End Customers.

  • This includes without limitation any restrictions on the Services, the place of use, the intended end use, any intermediate recipient, End Customers or Service Subscriptions or any other person (including organizations) involved or having an interest in the transaction or the Services.

  • The Reseller may only import and provide Service Subscriptions into or to a country or territory if it is permitted to do so by and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the country or territory and this Agreement.
