Service Times definition

Service Times means 9am to 4pm weekdays or such other times as advised by us from time to time.

  • If no Operational Service package is booked or if the services are to be performed outside of the Operational Service Times, the above-mentioned services can be ordered individually.

  • Reference Time with respect to any setting of the then-current Benchmark means (1) if such Benchmark is USD LIBOR, 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the day that is two London banking days preceding the date of such setting, and (2) if such Benchmark is not USD LIBOR, the time determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.

  • Exchange Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 3.1(c) hereof.

  • Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.

  • Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Transfer Time means, in relation to any Subsequent Account Holder’s Entry, the time at which such Entry is credited to his Securities Account.
