Service Transfer definition

Service Transfer means any transfer of the Services (or any part of the Services), for whatever reason, from the Supplier or any Sub-Contractor to a Replacement Supplier or a Replacement Sub-Contractor;

Service Transfer has the meaning assigned in Section 7.02.

• Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the obligation of the Company under this Section shall not terminate upon a Service Transfer pursuant to Article VII, except that the obligation of the Company under this Section shall not relate to the actions of any subsequent Servicer after a Service Transfer.
