Service Transfer Date definition

Service Transfer Date means the date of a Service Transfer;

Service Transfer Date the date of a Service Transfer or, if more than one, the date of the relevant Service Transfer as the context requires;

Service Transfer Date means the date of a Service Transfer.

• The Commissioner or the Replacement Supplier, as the case may be, will reimburse the Supplier and any Supplier Party any amount paid by the Supplier or the Supplier Party before the Service Transfer Date in respect of holidays taken in excess of any Transferring Employee's entitlement to paid holiday in respect of the period ending on the Service Transfer Date.
