Service Water definition

Service Water means Off-Taker’s Mill service water supplied by Off Taker to Provider and delivered to the Service Water Delivery Point, for use in the Plant operations for Coke quenching operations, the operations of the pusher-charger machines located at the Plant, and other miscellaneous Plant operations for which the use of such service water is suitable. Service water does not include Feed Water.
Service Water means untreated water from ▇▇▇▇▇ on Peoples' property or ------------- from such other source(s) that Peoples may develop.

Examples of Service Water in a sentence

  • If the Service Water delivered by Off-Taker to the Plant pursuant to Section 6.14 does not conform to the requirements in respect of Coke quench water set forth in the Installation Permit, then the cost of city water reasonably required for Provider to comply with such requirements.

  • Construction (Service) Water Owner will provide a source for Contractor to fill tanker truck with service water.
