Service Web Site means the location on the Internet or other public data network accessed via a computing device at a URL specified by Verizon which will serve as a location and mechanism through which (i) information about a Data Service or Software may be provided by Verizon, (ii) a Person may elect to become a Subscriber or modify elections made for such Data Service or Software, or (iii) Content may be accessed by, transmitted to the Data Service by, or delivered to Subscribers. • Vendor will maintain the equipment, software, and telecommunications comprising the Service Web Site in good operating condition so that the Service Web Site performs substantially in conformance with Vendor’s specifications.

• In no event will Customer be required to be associated with the Service Web Site if it contains offensive or illegal content, if it puts Customer in a negative or disparaging light, or if it exhibits bias against Customer.
