Serviced Equipment definition

Serviced Equipment means the specific equipment that is under contract for the DN services described in this exhibit.
Serviced Equipment means equipment that is under contract for SLM Services and listed on an Equipment List. “Service Plan” means the specific plan for SLM Service selected by the Customer pursuant to Section 2.2.
Serviced Equipment means the Equipment, connected cash devices that provide compliant Inventory Messages, that is specified in an Ordering Document as receiving the CPM Service.

Examples of Serviced Equipment in a sentence

  • After each Equipment service call and regularly scheduled Full Service Maintenance, a legible ticket will be completed indicating the date of Equipment services, location, description and condition of Equipment being Serviced, Equipment services performed, parts replaced, total hours on the job and the Elevator Technician performing the Equipment Service.

  • Serviced Equipment will be maintained in working order for the Period of Coverage, unless damaged or destroyed due to a cause not covered under this Agreement.

  • If, in the opinion of MBS, a reconditioning is necessary because normal repairs and replacement of parts cannot maintain the Serviced Equipment in satisfactory operating condition, MBS may submit a cost estimate of needed repairs for reconditioning which shall be in addition to the maintenance charges.

  • The operator’s manual for the Serviced Equipment defines specific operator responsibilities and it is the obligation of the Client to perform such operator responsibilities.

  • Service calls will be performed at no extra charge for labor preformed during MBS Normal Business Hours, provided such service call is limited to routine, remedial, or preventive maintenance and is for Serviced Equipment.

  • MBS may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement upon 24 hours-notice in the event a part or consumable for the Serviced Equipment is not reasonably and regularly available to MBS.

  • MBS will install Serviced Equipment at Client’s place of business.

  • In the event it becomes necessary to remove Serviced Equipment from Client’s place of business, MBS will provide comparable loaner equipment to the Client at no additional charge.

  • No service and/or goods external to the Serviced Equipment are covered by this Agreement.

  • Serviced Equipment shall be exported back to Customer under Delivered at Place (DAP) First Port of Entry (Incoterms 2020) that performed the Services and charges for freight and transit insurance shall be at Customer’s expense.
