Serviced Mortgage Loans definition

Serviced Mortgage Loans shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3.21(e)(i) of the Agreement.
Serviced Mortgage Loans. All of the Mortgage Loans except for any Mortgage Loans that are serviced and administered pursuant to a servicing agreement other than this Agreement.
Serviced Mortgage Loans means all Mortgage Loans serviced or required to be serviced by a Seller under any Servicing Agreement, irrespective of whether the actual servicing is done by another Person (a subservicer) retained by the Seller for that purpose.
