Servicer Accounts definition

Servicer Accounts means each account listed on Schedule II (as such schedule may be modified from time to time in connection with the closing or opening of any Servicer Account in accordance with the terms hereof), in each case, in the name of the Servicer and maintained at a bank or other financial institution acting as a Collection Account Bank.
Servicer Accounts means the Tranche A Servicer Account and the Tranche B Servicer Account.
Servicer Accounts means the segregated accounts established by and in the name of a Servicer at a depositary institution approved by Buyer into which all Income received on account of the Purchased Assets serviced or managed by such Servicer shall be deposited.

Examples of Servicer Accounts in a sentence

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, Servicer Accounts shall also include such other accounts as the Servicer maintains for the escrow of certain payments, such as taxes and insurance, with respect to certain Mortgaged Properties.

  • The Master Servicer shall reconcile the results of its Mortgage Loan monitoring with the actual remittances of the Servicers to the related Servicer Accounts pursuant to the applicable Servicing Agreements.

  • Unless and until the Agent gives notice to each bank maintaining a Servicer Account or the Lock-Box Account to the contrary following a Collection Notice Event, the available and collected funds in the Lock-Box Account and Servicer Accounts may continue to sweep into Cardinal’s master account no.

  • Pursuant to the terms of the Servicing Agreements, the Seller and Subservicer established the Servicer Accounts in the name of Seller, in its capacity as Master Servicer, for the benefit of Buyer.


More Definitions of Servicer Accounts

Servicer Accounts shall have the meaning specified in SECTION 3.1(a) of the Inventory Processing and Servicing Agreement.

Related to Servicer Accounts

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Inc., Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass- Thrxxxx Xxrtificates, Series 2003-1 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Servicing Accounts The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • Subservicing Account An account established by a Subservicer in accordance with Section 3.08.

  • Certificate Administrator Accounts As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.

  • Collection Account Agreement means each agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Agent, among the applicable Originator, a Seller, Collection Bank and the Agent, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Master Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Mortgagor Accounts As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.
