Servicer Delinquency Ratio definition

Servicer Delinquency Ratio means, as of the last day of a Collection -------------------------- Period, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, computed by dividing (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance on such date of each Receivable in the Servicing Portfolio which is a Delinquent Receivable or a Receivable for which the Financed Vehicle has been repossessed and the proceeds thereof have not been realized by the Servicer by (ii) the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables in the Servicing Portfolio on the last day of such Collection Period.
Servicer Delinquency Ratio means, as of the end of any Accrual Period, a percentage equal to (i) the aggregate outstanding principal balance as of the end of any Accrual Period of all automobile receivables serviced by the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof (excluding automobile receivables acquired by CPS or its Affiliates in mergers and acquisitions and TFC Managed Receivables) as to which more than 10% of the scheduled receivable payment is more than 30 days contractually delinquent as of the end of the immediately preceding Accrual Period, including all receivables for which the related financed vehicle has been repossessed and the proceeds thereof have not yet been realized by the Servicer divided by (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all automobile receivables serviced by the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof as of the end of the relevant Accrual Period (excluding automobile receivables acquired by CPS or its Affiliates in mergers and acquisitions and TFC Managed Receivables).

Examples of Servicer Delinquency Ratio in a sentence

  • The Backup Servicer shall recalculate the Servicer Delinquency Ratio, Portfolio Net Loss Ratio, Required Reserve Account Amount, total principal payments, total interest payments, aggregate Add-On Balances, weighted average APR and other amounts regarding the Receivables and account balances and excluding corporate financial covenants contained in the Servicer's Certificate delivered by the Servicer.

  • In addition to the information set forth in the preceding sentence, the Servicer’s Certificate shall also contain the following information: (a) the Servicer Delinquency Ratio and Loss Ratio for such Determination Date; (b) whether any Default or Event of Default has occurred as of such Determination Date; and (c) whether any Default or Event of Default that may have occurred as of a prior Determination Date has been cured as of such Determination Date.

  • In addition to the information set forth in the preceding sentence, the Servicer’s Certificate shall also contain the following information: (a) the Servicer Delinquency Ratio and Loss Ratio for such Determination Date; (b) whether any Event of Default has occurred as of such Determination Date; and (c) whether any Event of Default that may have occurred as of a prior Determination Date is deemed cured as of such Determination Date.

Servicer Delinquency Ratio. The term " Delinquent Receivable" -------------------------- appearing in clause (i) of such definition shall be changed to ---------- "Portfolio Delinquent Receivable".
