Servicer Report definition

Servicer Report. A report (substantially in the form of Schedule 5 hereto) or otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Master Servicer and Securities Administrator on an electronic data file or tape prepared by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement, with such additions, deletions and modifications as agreed to by the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator and the Servicer.

Servicer Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the SPV, the Servicer and the Agent, furnished by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.8.

Servicer Report means the monthly report prepared by the Servicer pursuant to the 20 - Servicing Supplement containing the information listed on Exhibit A thereto.

Servicer Report means the report so named prepared by the Servicer in accordance with the Servicing Agreement.
