Services and Deliverables definition

Services and Deliverables means, collectively, the Services and the Deliverables as defined in Sections 2.6 and 2.3.

  • Oracle grants Client a worldwide, non-sublicenseable, non-transferable, royalty-free license to Oracle materials incorporated in the Deliverables or otherwise necessary for Client to use the Services and Deliverables solely for (a) internal purposes and not for publication or other distribution or communication to the public (unless expressly authorised in writing); and (b) solely for the purposes of the relevant project and in the manner envisaged by the SOW.

Services and Deliverables means services, performances, work, products, deliverables, or solutions promised, warranted, or guaranteed by Cardinal to be performed pursuant to any Final Task Order produced in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to Services and Deliverables

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
