Services Attachment definition

Services Attachment means a document which is subject to this Agreement and includes relevant terms specific to a Service provided under a Pricing Schedule and incorporated by reference into such Pricing Schedule.

Examples of Services Attachment in a sentence

  • All traffic that is destined for ancillary services, or that may have special billing requirements, including but not limited to the following: Directory Assistance, 911/E911, Operator Services (IntraLATA call completion), IntraLATA third party, collect and calling card, 800/888 database query, LIDB, and Voice Information Services Traffic as described in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment.

  • Schedule of Coverage and Fees for Ancillary Services (Attachment A) 2.

  • Arrangement Traffic; (5) special access, private line, Frame Relay, ATM, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party; (6) Tandem Transit Traffic; (7) Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment); or, (8) Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (or V/FX Traffic) (as defined in the Interconnection Attachment).

  • Scope of Services, Attachment A, of this Grant, may be amended, subject to availability of state funds, to include additional approved airport maintenance work.

  • Scope amendments require submittal of an Amended Scope of Services, Attachment A.

  • The following attachments and schedules are hereby made a part of this AGREEMENT: Attachment A - Scope of Services Attachment B - Compensation Attachment C - Amendments to Standard Agreement for Engineering Services Attachment D - Project Schedule Attachment E - Location Map These documents make up the AGREEMENT documents and what is called for by one shall be as binding as if called for by all.

  • The fees presented in this Exhibit A are subject to change unless this Services Attachment is agreed to and executed by the Parties no later than December 31, 2016.

  • LogRhythm will provide the Professional Services to Customer under this Professional Services Attachment (“PSA”).

Related to Services Attachment

  • Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
