Services Effective Date definition

Services Effective Date means, if the Client ordered the Services, the date from which the Services are provided by the Licensor to the Client. If the Client ordered the Services along with the Licence, the Services Effective Date is the same date as the Licence Effective Date. If not, the Services Effective Date is the date on which the Client ordered the Services.

Services Effective Date means the date following the completion of all implementation services, in the case of a Fund that is a new start-up Fund, or the date following the completion of all conversion services, in the case of Fund that BNYM will be providing services to as a successor service provider, that the first live transaction is processed by the BNYM System for a public customer of the particular Fund on a production basis.

Services Effective Date means the date on which charges and rates (including discounts) are effective for a particular Service, as stated in an Agreement or otherwise as provided below. For Optimized Services, the Services Effective date is the date on which all Services associated with the same Service Order that are interdependent (not including CPE and CPE Services) and provisioned at the same site are ready to use. The Services Effective Date for Optimized Services that are not interdependent will be the date on which they are ready to use. By way of example, if Access has been ordered to utilize Private IP, the Services Effective Date will be the date when both the Access and the Private IP service components are ready to use. The Services Effective Date for CPE and CPE Services will be as set forth in the CPE and Related Services Service Attachment.

Examples of Services Effective Date in a sentence

• The costs to Subscriber for the provision of all such Hardware and telecommunications services during the Term of this Agreement shall remain substantially similar to the total of such costs in effect as of the Contract Effective Date for the Galileo Services, and as of the Worldspan Services Effective Date for the Worldspan Services.

• Commencing on the Services Effective Date, BNYM shall provide the services described in Sections 3(a) through 3(c) below in accordance with their terms.

• The obligations in this Section 1(b) shall terminate on the Services Effective Date.

• This Agreement is binding on any use of the Services and applies to the Customer from the time that the SaaS Provider provides the Customer with an account (Customer’s account) to access and use the Services (Effective Date).

• The term of each Statement of Services shall begin on the applicable "Services Effective Date" and continue for the "Service Term," in each case as specified in such Statement of Services.

• The term of this Subscription Services Agreement shall be for three (3) years commencing from the Subscription Services Effective Date (“Initial Term”).

• The Services shall commence on the Services Effective Date and shall remain into effect during one year.

More Definitions of Services Effective Date

Services Effective Date means the first day of the second full monthly billing cycle following the execution and delivery of this Agreement by Customer to MCI. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, the rates in the Amended and Restated GSA become effective on the first day of the second full monthly billing cycle following execution and delivery of the Amended and Restated GSA to MCI (“A&R GSA Services Effective Date”).

Services Effective Date means the applicable date of the start of the Services defined in the Scope of Services.
