Services Effective Date definition

Services Effective Date means, if the Client ordered the Services, the date from which the Services are provided by the Licensor to the Client. If the Client ordered the Services along with the Licence, the Services Effective Date is the same date as the Licence Effective Date. If not, the Services Effective Date is the date on which the Client ordered the Services.

Services Effective Date means the date following the completion of all implementation services, in the case of a Fund that is a new start-up Fund, or the date following the completion of all conversion services, in the case of Fund that BNYM will be providing services to as a successor service provider, that the first live transaction is processed by the BNYM System for a public customer of the particular Fund on a production basis.

Services Effective Date means the date on which charges and rates (including discounts) are effective for a particular Service, as stated in an Agreement or otherwise as provided below. Examples of Services Effective Date in a sentence

Commencing on the Services Effective Date, BNYM shall provide the services described in Sections 3(a) through 3(c) below in accordance with their terms.

More Definitions of Services Effective Date

Services Effective Date means the first day of the second full monthly billing cycle following the execution and delivery of this Agreement by Customer to MCI. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, the rates in the Amended and Restated GSA become effective on the first day of the second full monthly billing cycle following execution and delivery of the Amended and Restated GSA to MCI (“A&R GSA Services Effective Date”).

Services Effective Date means the applicable date of the start of the Services defined in the Scope of Services.
