Services Group means any Services or group of Services identified on one of the Schedules for which a single, separate Fee is specified on such Schedule.

Services Group. Services and each corporation that joins with Services in filing a consolidated federal income tax return for any Post-Closing Taxable Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the Services Group shall exist from the beginning of the day immediately after the Closing Date.
