Services Platform means the set of physical hardware (machine rooms, cabling, current, inverter, Virtual Machines, servers) and software resources (operating system and Software components) set up by Orange at the Customer’s premises to provide the Service.

Examples of Services Platform in a sentence

  • We shall not be responsible for such transactions, other than in any period where the transaction is routed through the Payment Services Platform or other payment gateway infrastructure operated by We, and other than for such period the transaction shall be deemed as out of scope.

  • We grant you a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to access and use the Services, Platform, and Content solely for purposes approved by Backpack Exchange from time to time.

  • You are solely responsible for communicating any use, recurring, or application fees charged to Connected Accounts for their use of Platform Services ("Platform Fees") and you must clearly communicate any Platform Fees to Connected Accounts prior to imposing such fees.

  • Upon receiving any such notice, Recipient may, at its option and without limitation to any other rights of or remedies available to Recipient, either (i) cease using the infringing Services, Platform or Intellectual Property and adjust its use of the Services appropriately, or (ii) if such adjustment is not possible and/or the Services are or would be materially adversely affected, terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to Provider.
