Services Price definition

Services Price means all the amounts payable to the LRT Consultant in accordance with Section 1.1. of Annex “D” (Service Price). Signature Date Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2. (Signature Date) of the Agreement. State Shall mean the State of Israel. Submission Date Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.8.1 of the ITB. Successful Participant Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.1. of the ITB. Team Leader Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.2.1 of the Agreement. Team Members' Undertaking Letter Shall mean an undertaking letter duly executed by each of the LRT Consultant's Team Members and submitted by the LRT Consultant to the Company in the form of Annex F (Letter of Undertaking). Tender Documents Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.4 (the Tender Documents) of the ITB. Termination Date Shall mean the date that the termination of the Agreement is in effect in accordance with the provisions of any of Sub-Sections of Section 16 of the Agreement.

Services Price means the price per each additional year (or part thereof) of ageing, exceeding the first 3 years of the Ageing Period, payable by the Customer in consideration for the Services provided by the Distillery during such period.

Services Price means the price to be paid by Buyer to Seller under the Proposal or any resulting Contract for the Services.
