Services Schedule definition

Services Schedule means Schedule 2 to the Agreement.

Services Schedule means the schedules, one or more of which may apply, setting out the specifics of the Services to be rendered; and

• The terms and conditions of this Funds Transfer Services Schedule are in addition to, and do not modify or otherwise affect, the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any other agreement or arrangement between the parties hereto.

• All terms used in this Funds Transfer Services Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code as currently in effect in the State of New York (UCC 4A) unless otherwise set forth herein.

• The Professional Services are delivered pursuant to the Master Terms available for review at www.onespan.com/master- terms, including the Professional Services Schedule at https://www.onespan.com/professional-services (the “PS Schedule”), unless Customer has previously executed a written agreement for the sale of the Services, in which case such agreement shall control.
