Servicing Municipality definition

Servicing Municipality means any Municipality having direct responsibility for providing and regulating sewage service to individual customer connections.

  • When the service area boundaries of a Servicing Municipality extend into the political boundaries of another Municipality, the area shall be known as an overlap area.
