Servicing Plans definition

Servicing Plans means the design drawings and other plans for the Works, including landscaping plans, approved in writing by the Approving Officer and appended to or listed in Schedule "G.3" to this Agreement.
Servicing Plans means the plans, drawing and notes identified in section 2 of Schedule “G” to this Agreement;
Servicing Plans mean the plans, drawings, notes and details listed in paragraph 2 of Schedule “F” to this Agreement.

  • All Compensation shall be assessed and paid in accordance with the terms of the applicable Prospectus and other applicable Company documentation (including Distribution and Servicing Plans) and, to the extent not inconsistent, Exhibit A hereto.

  • The Distributor may use such payments, in its discretion, to compensate dealers, third party service providers, or other entities who provide distribution and/or services to the extent permitted by the Distribution and Shareholder Servicing Plans.

  • Broker-Dealer understands that pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), the closed-end interval Fund(s) offered and such other closed-end interval fund(s) subsequently established by the Company and distributed by the Distributor as set forth in the Agreement Fee Schedule may have adopted Distribution and/or Shareholder Servicing Plans (each individually a “Plan” and collectively “Plans”) to enable payments to certain entities for shareholder servicing.

  • The Distributor may use such payments, in its discretion, to compensate dealers, third party service providers, or other entities who provide distribution-related services to the extent permitted by the Distribution and Shareholder Servicing Plans.

  • The Subdivider shall construct, install and locate fire hydrants generally as proposed in the Servicing Plans and specifically as required by the Municipal Engineer in accordance with the Municipality’s standards.

  • Subdivider shall construct and install watermains and appurtenances including valves and valve ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and also service connections from such watermains to each lot line generally as proposed in the Servicing Plans and specifically as required by the Municipal Engineer.
