Servicing Platform means any Company-approved interface provided, whether owned and / or operated by the Company, Stride Funding Inc., any Processing Agent, or a third-party technology provider that Company has designated to support ISA servicing under this Agreement. Servicing Platform has the meaning set forth in the definition of "Purchased Assets."   • Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.
