Servicing Transfer Procedures. With respect to each Mortgage Loan which is not a Prior Ditech Serviced Loan, the procedures with respect to the transfer of subservicing of such Mortgage Loans to the Subservicer as set forth in Exhibit D hereto as may be amended from time to time as mutually agreed by the prior servicer and the Subservicer. Related to Servicing Transfer Procedures

  • Servicing Transfer Any transfer of the servicing by a Prior Servicer of Mortgage Loans to the Servicer under this Agreement.
