Serving district definition
Serving district means the Washington state school district which operates a tuition-free interdistrict cooperation pro- gram pursuant to an agreement with one or more Washington state school districts.
Serving district means a school district, a charter school, or two or more school districts organized under a joint powers agreement, offering an on-line course that is accessible by students outside of the regular school day or from a location other than a public school building.
