SES Americom herein shall include both SES Americom Colorado, Inc. and SES Americom, Inc. as agent therefor. Defined terms used in this Agreement have the meanings specified herein.

Examples of SES Americom in a sentence

  • Customer at its expense shall provide SES Americom with any descrambling or decoding devices that may be required for signal monitoring.

  • Customer will pay directly or reimburse SES Americom for all such taxes, duties and other fees or charges.
