Customer at its expense shall provide SES Americom with any descrambling or decoding devices that may be required for signal monitoring.

In the event of the expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.F(1), or in the event of termination by Customer or wrongful termination by SES Americom pursuant to this Agreement, SES Americom shall refund any portion of the MRC paid by Customer to SES Americom which relates to Service not provided by SES Americom, and no further MRC or other amounts shall be due for the period following expiration or termination.
