If the Employer cancels a Section after it receives the signed Appointment Letter, it will pay the Sessional Faculty employee a cancellation stipend of $1,000 per Section.

The Employer agrees that it will continue to explore the feasibility of providing advance online/remote access for online library resources for Sessional Faculty and Hourly Rated Sessional Music Faculty as part of its ongoing digitization efforts.
