Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) for each day that the Base Rate is calculated by reference to the Federal Funds Rate, interest on Base Rate Loans shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed and (ii) interest on Set Rate Loans with an Interest Period of 270 days or more shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
