Settlement Business definition

Settlement Business means the reduction of the usable balance of electronic money held by a User by the amount equal to the payment for Subject Products that were purchased by the User.
Settlement Business means the business of NGC or any Affiliate or Related Undertaking as settlement system administrator under the Pooling and Settlement Agreement.

  • Applicant shall compensate the Settlement Business Providers or DEGICA for any damage suffered by the Settlement Business Providers or DEGICA due to an act or omission of Applicant relating to the Merchant Agreement or the Agreement.

  • Applicant shall check the merchant terms of the Electronic Money Settlement Business Provider as necessary and have a thorough understanding of the them.

  • If DEGICA has received a request from a Settlement Business Provider to suspend the provision to Applicant of the Services related to the settlement method handled by that Settlement Business Provider, regardless of the reason, DEGICA may suspend the portion of the Services related to the settlement method handled by that Settlement Business Provider after giving prior notice to Applicant.
