Settlement Claim Procedures and Claim Calculation Protocol means the protocol attached hereto as Exhibit 7.

  • Notice and Claims Agent means Prime Clerk LLC.

  • Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.
