Settlement Date and Time definition

Settlement Date and Time means the date and time specified within the Contract, by which funds must be received by or available to Currencycloud;

Settlement Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Contract when funds must be received by or available to us.

  • Prior to each Settlement Date and Time of Delivery, as applicable, the Company shall have furnished to the Manager such further information, certificates and documents as the Manager may reasonably request.

  • Closing Date and Time means the deadline for the submission of Proposals as set out herein.

  • Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.

  • Eastern Time Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Effective Date of Contract means the date established in the Contract for the Contractor’s work to begin, or the date the Contract has been fully executed and received all required approvals, whichever date is later.
