Seller shall have the right to review the Settlement Date Statement, together with any supporting documents reasonably requested by Seller to verify the accuracy and completeness of the valuations set forth therein and the Settlement Date Statement shall be revised by Purchaser to reflect any corrections agreed to by Purchaser and Seller.
Purchaser shall use its reasonable best efforts to deliver to Seller the Settlement Date Statement as soon as possible but at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Settlement Date.
