Settlement Hour definition

Settlement Hour has the meaning given to it in Chapter 11 of the Market Rules.
Settlement Hour means a period of one hour that corresponds to a particular dispatch hour for which metering data determined in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Market Rules and physical market prices for services calculated pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Market Rules are to be used to calculate the settlement debits and credits of Market Participants;
Settlement Hour means a period of one hour which corresponds to a particular dispatch hour for which metering data determined in accordance with Market Rules and physical market prices for services calculates pursuant to Market Rules that are to be used to calculate the settlement debits and credits of Market Participants;

  • Committee membership is dictated, in large part, by the federal regulations which require at least five total members.

  • Settlement means the settlement provided for in this Agreement.

  • Settlement Method means, with respect to any conversion of Notes, Physical Settlement, Cash Settlement or Combination Settlement, as elected (or deemed to have been elected) by the Company.
