Settlement in Principle means the settlement in principle reached between FirstEnergy Corporation, the Ad Hoc Noteholder Group, and the Ad Hoc Group of Holders of the 6.85% Pass Through Certificates, as described in FirstEnergy Corporation’s Form 8-K, dated April 23, 2018.
