Settlement Notice Administrator means the Court-appointed third-party agent or administrator agreed to by the Parties and appointed by the Court to implement the Summary Settlement Notice and consult on Class Notice. The Parties agree that Kinsella Media, LLC shall serve as Settlement Notice Administrator, subject to approval by the Court.
