More Definitions of Settlement Notice Plan

Settlement Notice Plan means the comprehensive notice plan describing the manner and form of notice to notify the Class of the proposed settlement. The Settlement Notice Plan is set forth in Section VII of this Settlement Agreement and must be approved in form and content by Class Counsel, Defense Counsel, and the Court.

  • Settlement Notice has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iii).

  • Plan Objection Deadline means the date the Bankruptcy Court establishes as the deadline to File an objection to Confirmation of the Plan.

  • Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving the Notice and consists of Email Notice, Postcard Notice, and Long Form Notice, which shall be substantially in the forms as the exhibits attached to this Agreement.

  • Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:

  • decision notice means a written notice of a decision by the Department regarding an individual's eligibility for benefits in a program.

  • Participation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2;

  • Payment Plan means the schedule of payment prescribed in Schedule C;
