Settlement Requirements definition

Settlement Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(a).
Settlement Requirements means all the following conditions and all the following events:
Settlement Requirements means the Agreed Procedure or Market Procedure, as appropriate, under the relevant Settlement Agreement or the BSC Procedure under the BSC which sets out the timetable for the settlement processes under that Agreement;

Examples of Settlement Requirements in a sentence

  • Payment for net purchases and redemptions will be wired pursuant to the Settlement Requirements outlined in Exhibit C; provided, however, that in the event of extraordinary market conditions affecting such redemption, Janus Service may delay such redemption for up to five business days, or longer to the extent permitted under Section 22(e) of the 1940 Act.

  • The OPA may set off any discrepancies in accordance with the Settlement Requirements Rules, provided that at the end of the term, the LDC will refund to the OPA the balance, if any, of the discrepancies after such set off.
