Settlement System Administrator definition

Settlement System Administrator means the party authorised to perform the or “SSA” functions detailed in Clause 1.4.(B) of the Trading and Settlement Code;
Settlement System Administrator means ESIS in its capacity as Settlement System Administrator or any replacement therefor as Settlement System Administrator from time to time appointed pursuant to this Agreement;
