Severance Pay Plan definition

Severance Pay Plan means the Company's Severance Pay Plan for Exempt Employees, in effect as of the Effective Date, as the same is amended from time to time.

Severance Pay Plan has the meaning specified in Section 4.16(f).

Severance Pay Plan means the severance plan set forth on Section 7.05(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.

Examples of Severance Pay Plan in a sentence

• The payments provided under this Section 3 shall be subject to applicable tax and payroll withholdings, and shall be in addition to any payments and/or benefits to which the Employee would otherwise be entitled under the EQT Corporation Severance Pay Plan (as amended from time to time).

• Employee shall not be eligible to participate in Employer's Severance Pay Plan maintained for other employees not covered by employment agreements.

• Subject to the payment provisions of the Tyson Foods Severance Pay Plan for Contracted Employees and Section 8 below, any payments subject to a Release shall commence on the first payroll period commencing on or after the date the Release becomes effective.

• Executive shall not be eligible for any benefits under the Sears Holdings Corporation Master Transition Pay Plan or the Kmart Corporation Master Severance Pay Plan or any successor severance plan or program.

• For purposes of this Agreement, (i) a termination without “Cause” shall have the same meaning as a Job Elimination, as that term is defined in the BPFH Severance Pay Plan as in effect on the date of this Agreement; and (ii) the terms “Change of Control” and “Sale Event” shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Plan.
