Severe food allergy means a dangerous or life-threatening reac- tion of the human body to a food-borne allergen introduced by in- halation, ingestion, or skin contact that requires immediate medical attention.
Partial Hospitalization means an outpatient program specifically designed for the diagnosis or active treatment of a serious mental disorder when there is a reasonable expectation for improvement or when it is necessary to maintain a patient’s functional level and prevent relapse or full hospitalization. Partial hospital programs are usually furnished by a hospital as distinct and organized intensive ambulatory treatment service of less than 24-hour daily care.
Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Clergy means any regularly licensed or ordained minister, priest, or rabbi of any church or religious denomination, whether acting in an individual capacity or as an employee or agent of any public or private organization or institution.
Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
