Medical condition means either of the following:
Debilitating medical condition means one or more of the following:
Qualifying medical condition means seizure disorder,
General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Psychological care means direct or consultative services provided by a psychologist licensed in the state in which the psychologist practices.
Terminal condition means an incurable condition caused by injury, disease, or illness that according to reasonable medical judgment will produce death within six months, even with available life-sustaining treatment provided in accordance with the prevailing standard of medical care.
Medical control means a person who provides medical supervision to an emergency medical service provider.
Licensed site remediation professional means an individual who is licensed by the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board pursuant to section 7 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-7) or the department pursuant to section 12 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-12);
