Severed Lease definition

Severed Lease. As defined in Section 30.2.
Severed Lease means a lease and sublease in substantially the form of this Agreement, with appropriate changes to reflect the fact that this Agreement has been so severed.
Severed Lease or “Severed Leases”: As defined in Section 1.9(a).

Examples of Severed Lease in a sentence

  • With respect to all indemnification obligations of Lessee hereunder (or of a GSI Financing Subsidiary under a Severed Lease), Lessee, at its election, may elect to have Global Parent provide such indemnities in lieu of Lessee (or the applicable GSI Financing Subsidiary), and in connection therewith execute an indemnity reasonably acceptable to Lessor and Sprint, and upon execution of same, Lessor will acknowledge that Lessee is relieved of all indemnification obligations hereunder.

  • Effective upon the Severance Date, the Rent payable with respect to each Severed Property shall no longer be payable by Lessee under this Lease and shall instead be payable under the Severed Lease applicable to such Severed Property.

  • The initial Base Rent for each Severed Property shall be the then current Base Rent Allocation Amount thereof and thereafter during the term of such Severed Lease shall annually increase in the same manner in which Base Rent increases under this Lease.

  • If applicable, the State Specific Provisions (solely to the extent the same are relevant to the applicable Severed Properties) shall be included in the applicable Severed Lease.

  • Each Lease Severance Notice shall identify the Severed Properties proposed to be subject to each Severed Lease.

  • Lessor will prepare the Severed Lease, the Other Credit Enhancements, the Lease amendment and, if necessary, the amendments to the other applicable Obligation Documents with respect to each Severed Property consistent with the provisions of this Section 30.2 and the parties agree to execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered.

Related to Severed Lease

  • Head Lease or “Superior Lease” means the document which sets out the promises the Landlord has made to the Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Head Lease will bind the Tenant if he has prior knowledge of those promises.

  • Master Lease means that certain [Master Lease title], relating to the leasing of, inter alia, the Healthcare Facility by Borrower to Master Tenant.

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • mineral lease means the mineral lease referred to in clause 8(1)(a) hereof and includes any renewal thereof;

  • Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;

  • Permitted Lease means a lease permitted under Section 4.02(b) of the Trust Indenture.

  • Lease means any agreement, whether written or oral, no matter how styled or structured, pursuant to which a Loan Party is entitled to the use or occupancy of any real property for any period of time.

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;
