Sewer Availability Fee definition
Sewer Availability Fee means the service initiation fee customarily charged by the City for new sanitary sewer service initiation under City Code §74-137 and City Council Resolution .
Sewer Availability Fee means the amount charged to a Premises to make the local collection components of the Sewer System available to directly serve said Premises. This charge represents a cost allocable to such Premises for the Sewers directly available to the Premises for connection thereto, and associated costs.

For new or altered sewer connections made after January 1, 1984, the Metro District will credit the Special Connector $500 per single family residential equivalent unit for each connection for which Denver has been paid its Sewer Availability Fee by an applicant for a sewer connection.
