Sewer Capacity Charge definition

Sewer Capacity Charge means a charge for new development which reflects the potential demand each new service connection could place on the wastewater system.
Sewer Capacity Charge means a charge for wastewater collection facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed and/or a charge for new sewer facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged.
Sewer Capacity Charge means a charge for facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new facilities to be constructed in the future that are of benefit to the person or property being charged.

Examples of Sewer Capacity Charge in a sentence

  • The Sewer Capacity Charges obligation amount shall be established as the then Sewer Capacity Charge fee at the time of payment.

  • The Sewer Capacity Charge will not appear on ▇▇▇▇▇’s title commitment.
