Sexual Harassment Policy. The Provider certifies that it has a written Sexual Harassment Policy in full compliance with 775 ILCS 5/2-105(A)(4).
Sexual Harassment Policy. THE AFFILIATE shall have in place a sexual harassment policy. The student shall be provided with a copy of the policy and procedures for reporting any incident of any kind of sexual harassment as defined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Guidelines.
