Sexual offenses definition

Sexual offenses means any sexual act directed against another person, without the consent of that person, including instances when the person is unable to give consent. Sexual offenses including the following:

Examples of Sexual offenses in a sentence

  • Sexual offenses against persons who appeared to be unconscious, asleep, or incapacitated, including touching or peeping against persons who were asleep, severely intoxicated, impaired due to drugs, or who were mentally/physically helpless for other reasons.

  • Sexual offenses while under supervision, including forced, coerced or violent sexual offenses, sexual offenses against underage persons, incest offenses, or sexual contact with unconscious persons.

  • Sexual offenses can also be responsible for this law, to provide for a sexual offender, or to renew the recording as needed and participate in international trips, foreign travel or access to Indiana Reserve or the remaining entry.

  • The screening criteria will include a requirement that CHN shall reject any application for a household that includes a member who has been convicted of or entered a guilty plea for: • Sexual offenses based upon restrictions imposed by federal, state or local law or ordinance • Arson • Manufacturing of illegal drugs • Felony and misdemeanor offenses involving violent criminal activity and drug- related activity within the past 12 months.

  • Driving while impaired, Class A1 misdemeanors, An assault in which a weapon was used, or a controlled substance offense under Article 5 of Chapter 90 of the NC General Statues, excluding simple possession of a schedule VI drug or alcohol offense and Sexual offenses.
