SF Leases definition
SF Leases means the leases, tenancies or licences entered into by or renewed by the relevant member of the SF REIT Group (as landlords) with the connected persons of SF REIT (as tenants or licensees) from time to time.
SF Leases means leases entered into, or will be entered into or renewed, between each Property Company, as owner of the relevant Property, and SF Connected Tenants, as tenant of the relevant Property.
SF Leases means leases, tenancies or licenses entered into, or will be entered into or renewed, between any subsidiary of SF REIT as lessor or licensor and any SF Connected Person as lessee, tenant or licensee for the properties or premises owned by SF REIT from time to time.
Examples of SF Leases in a sentence
Buyer, on the one hand, and Sellers, on the other hand, shall each bear and be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of any amounts required to be paid to the Port of San Francisco under Section 21.5 of the SF Leases in connection with the Port of San Francisco’s review, investigation, processing, documentation and/or approval of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
